Green tea has gained popularity over the past decade. It has been proven as a health food by numerous studies and experiments conducted. Green tea can help and benefit skin by drinking and being applied to skin. Green tea is naturally rich in antioxidants which protect the skin from free radicals. Research has indicated that green tea has even more antioxidant properties than powerful vitamins used to prepare skin products to protect your skin. Then why go for man-made products for skin freshness when green tea can protect, improve and repair your skin.  Green tea can do wonders:

Green tea fight free radicals and stops premature aging. Drinking green tea regularly delays aging and refreshes your skin.
  • Green tea neutralizes UV rays and protects skin from sun damage.
  • Green tea prevents skin cancer. If you squeeze half a lemon to your cup of green tea it will enhance its anti-skin cancer properties.
  • Green tea fights inflammation. If your skin is sensitive and you often get rashes then drinking and applying green tea will soothe your skin. Moreover people with psoriasis, eczema and dandruff should drink green tea. Its anti-inflammatory action will benefit their skin condition.

Drinking a few cups of green tea everyday makes your skin glow and look fresh. Apart from drinking you can use green in tea in a number of ways for skin freshness:
  • Soak about 100 grams of green tea leaves in half a liter of mineral water at room temperature. Keep it for an hour so that green tea extracts are mixed in the water. This liquid can be refrigerated. You can simply spray it on your face for skin freshness or you can dip cotton pads and apply it on your face. Cotton pads soaked in green tea liquid can be placed on strained eyes to relax and soothe eyes.
  • A gentle green tea mask can be applied on face for instant glow and freshness.  Mix one tea spoon of organic green tea leaves with three table spoons of mayonnaise to make the facemask. Apply it gently to your face and be careful with sensitive eye area. Leave this mask on your face for about 15 to 20 minutes and rinse with water. Then dry your face and moisturize if you have a dry skin. This face mask will remove toxins from your skin making it silky, soft and glowing.

5 facial hair ideas for men

1. MOUSTACHE
The moustache has been around as a men’s facial hair style for centuries, but it remains a eternal look with a plethora of variations. Young men, between the ages of 18 and 35, normally do not look good with a bushy moustache. If you are older, a moustache can help to hide your lessening lips, let the hair fall just slightly over the top of the upper lip to create an allusion that your lip is fuller than it is. A good rule to follow when trimming a moustache is to follow the natural arch of your top lip – every mouth is different, and you want your moustache to match your face.
2. SHAGGY
If you work in a typical office setting, this facial hair style is not likely to be well-received by your boss. However, if you are a student, artist, musician, or something else of that nature, this is a great look to try out – and you undoubtedly don’t need to be a stylist to create this look. All you have to do is let your facial hair mature on your chin in a patch that is about the size of the bottom of your chin.
3. BEARD
Young men with full beards like this will inevitably look about a decade older, and that normally isn’t desirable. They can also make some men look threatening and cold. You really need to remember to smile when you have a full beard or you will be very distant, especially if you are younger than forty.
4. GOATEE
A goatee is something between a miniature beard and a moustache. It is basically a circle of facial hair that wraps over your lip, around your mouth, and across your chin. If you aren’t self-assured with your shaving skills, grow out your facial hair to the length that you want your goatee to be and then go to a hair stylist to get your first goatee.
5. SIDEBURNS
If you want facial hair, but you don’t feel relaxed with a beard or moustache style, you should give sideburns a try. Young men look chiefly attractive with sideburns, and any man with high cheek bones will look very remarkable with this style. In general, men with pointier chins look better with pointed sideburns, and men with more square-shaped chins look better with squared-off sideburns

How to be a Stylish Guy

For an upgraded men’s style, the first thing is to upgrade your wardrobe. We’ll begin with the basics, as to what a trendy style require in a man’s wardrobe. First, come the jeans. Jeans define the casual men’s style while pants look more formal and dressed up. Skinny jeans are still in fashion. But make sure you don’t end up wearing something that doesn’t go with your personality. Pick the jeans that looks graceful and ads to your and trendy style. Sneakers are an important feature of men’s style. And as check prints is all over fashionable accessories, so pick check print sneakers to have a modish, trendy style.
Black and white check sneakers will compliment most of your dark, warm wardrobe for winter. In winters, scarf is such an element of men’s style in that automatically ads a classiness to you. Once again, check rule! You must have a couple of scarves for an added trendy style. Colors like red, purple and blue look hot. Go for the checks and strips in prints, otherwise plain.
As for shirts, a few plain, decent dress shirts look great on men. Black always gives men a trendy style. But men should experiment with more colors. Crew necks and cardigan are most appropriate to pick this season for regular decent dressing and if you need to carry a trendy style, then get yourself a retro jacket.
Once you have upgraded your conventional wardrobe, its time play the trick. Men’s style is type casted to be simple and monotonous. But men can mix and match things just like women do. To dress up for a casual hangout, where you want to look stylish, pull on your skinny jeans and the sneakers, just following the trendy style rule book. Pick the right color dress shirt and compliment it with a nice, warm crew neck and cardigan. If it’s too boring for you, then pick the very hot retro jacket.
Tie a scarf neatly around the neck. Make sure it doesn’t look gaudy. You want to follow the trendy style yet don’t want to look like a wannabe. Tousle your hair, which is popular men’s style these days.  Make sure that you are comfortable and confident with the trendy style you carry. Men’s style is truncated without the right attitude.

Away with Cracked Heels!

Not only do cracked heels indicate a medical issue but also will make all the guys go Eeww! These are throbbing and unpleasant that opposes the impression of beautiful feet and wearing back-open footwear becomes a nightmare. The dilemma is that cracked heels are highly common and, in many cases, go unattended.
The usual causes for cracked heels are dry weather, insecure exposure to the feet or lack of care to the beautiful feet. If these persist you might even end up having sore foot, bleeding and extremely painful cracked heels. This is obvious that one should allocate some time of the day to take care of your beautiful feet and be able to stand on a pair of smooth and watertight heels.
Various easy tips can be used to attain and retain beautiful feet including:
  • The simplest way to maintain beautiful feet is to soak them in warm water for at least 15 minutes daily. Then, rub the cracked heels with a pumice stone to remove the dead skin. But make sure not to be too harsh as it may even cause rash or bleeding.
  • Beautiful feet should surely be kept covered especially if your work involves a lot of walk or going to sandy, dirty places. Dust entering the cracked heels may even make it injurious and a longer term medical problem.
  • Wearing socks for as much time as possible is also an unavoidable tip where one should even try to wear slippers or sandals even when at home for safeguarding beautiful feet. Rugged carpets also hurt cracked heels.
  • Applying lotion or special foot creams will also add to the gorgeousness of your beautiful feet. Cracked heels are something where you should routinely use lotion on. Desi totkays also include oiling the heels to keep them soft and absorb the silkiness. You can use thinner layers for the day and thicker ones on the cracked heels at night.
  • Avoid wearing tight socks or shoes that don’t fit you well. They not only look odd but also add to the hideousness of cracked heels. This spoils the entire show of the beautiful feet.
  • If you are a patient of diabetes and are suffering from the problem of cracked heels, you should instantly contact your doctor. This is because the illness makes the healing of wounds very difficult as they increase.
  • Moreover, adding Omega-3 fatty acids in your food will provide you with beautiful feet swiftly. These are proven by science that they are useful in curing cracked heels and provide a healthy ground to your life’s walk.
  • With the continuously improving scope of technology, you can also purchase pedicure appliances that are battery operated. They work automatically to soften your skin and heal the cracked heels within minutes leaving you with flauntingly beautiful feet.
So ladies, the essential part is to try to make these remedies as recurring as possible and let the cracked heels be by-gones. Pick up a stupendous pair of heels and parade them with your beautiful feet!
